Pick where you are and we’ll show you the questions people ask there, from “what does this cost” to “what if you break something.” Real prices are on this page. Nothing is hidden behind a phone call. All prices + sales tax where it applies.
Cost, scope, and whether we're even the right fit.
Flat, by the size of the home — not by the hour.
Above 3,000 sq ft we quote each home, because one flat number would make a 6,000 sq ft house pay like a 3,100 sq ft one. On a plan, weekly saves 15% and every two weeks saves 10%.
Book your free walkthrough → — or text (513) 402-0647. Same-week slots most weeks.
Because a number given over text is a guess, and a guess is what turns into “actually, it’ll be a bit more” once we’re standing in your kitchen. We’d rather never put you in that moment.
So we walk the home with you first. It takes fifteen to twenty minutes, it’s free, and there’s no obligation at the end of it. The walkthrough is the last time the number ever moves.
Occasional things — not missing things. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets, interior windows, blinds, baseboards, pet-hair treatment, bed linens, laundry.
Every one of them has a published price, and every one gets added at the walkthrough — never after we’ve started. Six of them are included on a deep clean: baseboards, window tracks and sills, blinds, ceiling fans, inside the microwave and countertop polish. On a standard clean each one is a line item with a published price. Inside the fridge and inside the oven are the two we always price separately, on any visit.
No. There’s no contract and nothing to cancel. Pause for a vacation, skip a week, or stop entirely — just tell us.
No. Book the free walkthrough, and if your home’s been professionally maintained, your first visit is priced for the house we actually find — not a blanket deep-clean charge. You’ll have both numbers before you decide anything, and there’s no contract on either end.
The whole house — not a starting point.
A standard clean maintains. A deep clean resets — the corners, edges and insides a maintenance visit doesn’t reach.
Every one of those four is a paid add-on on a standard visit. On a deep clean they are simply included. Deep cleans start at $350 and are priced on the home in front of us at the walkthrough.
Better you know now than at the door.
Yes — the same faces, every time.
We’re family-owned, and one of the owners is at your door every single visit. You’ll never have to explain how you like your kitchen done twice.
We speak both. Se habla español.
Spanish is a first language here, so nothing gets lost in the middle — not what you want done, and not what it costs.
Roque Cleaning Co. is a registered Ohio LLC, and the people who run it are the people who clean — every visit. No rotating crews.
You meet us at the walkthrough, before you’ve committed to anything. If it doesn’t feel right, you don’t book. That’s the point of doing it in that order.
Text us your timing and we’ll find the soonest that works — often the same week.
We keep a small calendar on purpose — every job gets the same hands. The further ahead you tell us, the more likely you get the day you actually want.
The north Cincinnati suburbs: Wyoming, Glendale, Montgomery, Sharonville, Madeira, Blue Ash, Evendale, West Chester, Mason, Springdale, Loveland, Fairfield, Forest Park, and the Symmes, Deerfield and Liberty townships.
Not sure whether you’re in it? Text us your ZIP and we’ll tell you straight — we won’t say yes to a drive we can’t do reliably.
Both. Move-out and move-in cleans are priced on the empty home — there’s more surface exposed and no furniture to work around, so it’s a different job from a maintenance visit.
RVs and campers are interior only, from $250, always after a walkthrough. No holding tanks, no roof, no exterior, no awnings.
It’s the part nobody explains, so here it is in full — nobody is going to sell you anything at your own front door.
The small stuff people are too polite to ask.
Because it’s different work, not the same work repeated. The first visit takes us two to four times longer — we’re catching a house up before we can start maintaining it. You pay that once, to set the baseline.
Most first visits are a deep clean, but not all. We pick the type with you at the walkthrough, from the house in front of us. A place cleaned last month doesn’t get charged like one that hasn’t been touched in a year.
No — and please don’t scrub anything. We’ve seen houses. Yours is fine.
The one thing that genuinely helps is clearing the surfaces of things only you can put away — mail, toys, laundry. We can clean a counter far faster than we can work out where your things live. That’s tidying, not cleaning.
If you’d rather we handled that too, that’s organizing, and we’ll price it for you rather than quietly skip it.
Everything — products, vacuum, cloths, the lot. Nothing of yours gets used up.
If you’d rather we used your products — an allergy, a stone counter, a finish you’re particular about — just say so and we will.
We use the same kinds of products you’d find under a well-stocked kitchen sink, and we use them the way the label says: nothing left wet or open where a child or an animal can reach it, and floors dry before pets come back through. Pets in the home never cost extra.
If anyone in the house has a sensitivity, tell us at the walkthrough and we’ll use exactly what you want us to use, including your own products.
However you’re comfortable — you’re home, a lockbox, a door code, or a key arrangement. We agree on it at the walkthrough and we don’t change it without asking you first.
What actually happens while we're in the house.
No. The number we write down at the walkthrough is the number on the invoice.
There’s no hourly meter, so it doesn’t matter if the house takes us longer than we thought — that’s our problem, not your bill. And we never add anything mid-job. If you want something extra, we agree on it before we start.
Once — for the walkthrough. After that it’s entirely up to you.
Some clients let us in and head to work. Some stay and make coffee. Neither one changes the clean, and we don’t have an opinion about which you pick.
We’ll give you a real window at the walkthrough, once we’ve seen the house. It’s usually less time than people expect.
What we won’t do is bill by the hour. If it takes us longer than we thought, the price is still the price.
Tell us about them at the walkthrough and we’ll plan around them. There’s no pet fee.
Pet-hair treatment is $30, and 25% off on a recurring plan — but simply having a dog in the house costs nothing.
Paying, tipping, and what comes next.
Cash, check, or Zelle — whatever’s easiest. Cash App by request.
Payment is due the day of the clean. No deposit, no card on file, no auto-charge.
You’re not expected to. The price already pays us properly — that’s the whole point of setting it at the walkthrough instead of squeezing it.
If you want a benchmark anyway: most people who tip a cleaner do it once, around the holidays, and it’s usually about $50. Per visit, most people don’t. Either way it changes nothing about how your home gets cleaned.
Yes. Tell us as early as you can and we move it or hold it, free.
There is no cancellation fee. The earlier we know, the easier it is to give that day to another neighbor.
The honest answers. Including the one you won't like.
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean that area free. No forms, no argument, no “well, technically.”
The 24 hours is so we can fix it while it’s still the same clean — not so we can run out a clock. And you don’t have to be nice about it. We’d far rather hear it than not.
Insured, yes. Bonded, no — and here is the honest difference.
We carry $1,000,000 in general liability insurance. You can have a copy of the certificate before we ever walk in — just ask. And small things we make right ourselves, out of our own pocket, whether or not a policy is involved.
Bonded is a different thing. A janitorial bond reimburses a client when an employee steals, and we have no employees. The people cleaning your home are the family that owns the company, so there is nobody for that bond to cover. We would rather tell you that than sell you a word.
Ohio does not license house cleaners, so nobody in this trade is licensed here, ourselves included.
We tell you. The same day, before you find it — even when it’s something you probably would never have noticed.
Small things we make right ourselves. For anything bigger, we are insured, and that is exactly what the policy is for. Either way you hear it from us first, and you deal with us, not a phone tree.
Just tell us as early as you can and there is no charge at all.
Our calendar is small and real, so the earlier we know, the more likely the slot goes to another neighbor instead of sitting empty.
No. Roque Cleaning Co. is an LLC — you’re hiring a business, not putting a person on your payroll. There’s nothing for you to file for us.
Almost nobody in this market answers this question. It comes up more than people admit, so we’d rather it be written down.
Which is genuinely useful to know — it means we have a hole. Text it to us and the answer goes on this page.
Text us that question →A person reads it — there’s no bot here and no call center. Same day, always.
