The window. Any area not cleaned to your satisfaction, flagged within 24 hours, gets re-cleaned at no charge. We’d rather come back than leave you less than happy.

What it covers. The quality of the clean we agreed to. A standard clean isn’t a deep clean — if you’re unsure which fits, ask before you book and we’ll point you the right way.
If something breaks. You hear it from us the same day, before you find it. Small things we make right ourselves. We also carry $1,000,000 in general liability insurance, and you can have the certificate before we ever walk in.
