Minimum visit $140 — published, on purpose. Your exact flat price is agreed at the walkthrough, before any work begins. Your first clean is a one-time deep/initial clean — new recurring clients get their 4th visit half off, up to $100 — once. Move-out and post-construction cleans priced per home. All prices + sales tax where it applies.
