• Your rate is locked — for good. The price we agree on is the price you keep, for as long as we clean your home. No yearly creep — and if our prices ever come down, we'll match the lower rate.
• Double referral rewards — $50 per neighbor, uncapped. Everyone else earns $25. You earn $50 in cleaning credit every time a neighbor you send stays past their second clean — forever, even if you pause service. Your neighbor still gets $25 off their first clean on a recurring plan.
• First pick of the calendar. New openings, holiday weeks, schedule shuffles — Founding Families choose their day and time first.
• A direct line to the owners. You text the actual mom & son who clean your home — real people who know your house, not a call center.
• A day-one gift, no strings. One premium add-on free on your first clean — your pick of inside the fridge, oven, or cabinets ($35 value). Yours even if you never book again.
• A Founding Family, for life. As we add member perks down the road, Founding Families get them first and keep them — grandfathered, always. The neighbors who join later won't have that.

Applies to recurring plans. Your rate holds while you stay on your regular schedule; a lapse or cancellation returns you to current pricing.
