Our minimum visit is $140. We publish that on purpose — you shouldn’t have to get us into your kitchen to find out we’re not a $60 service.

Want us more or less often? The same home is $192 a visit weekly, $211 every two weeks, or $228 monthly. The more often we come, the less each visit costs — a month of buildup is genuinely more work than two weeks of it.
One deep-detail job, done free, on the first visit of every month. Six of them on rotation — then it starts again. It’s how a maintained house gets ahead instead of only staying level.
Every one of these is a paid add-on on any other visit — $10 to $25 apiece. The rotation follows the calendar, not the visit count, so a weekly plan and a monthly plan both get one a month. Recurring plans only.
A deep clean is a reset — the corners, edges and insides a maintenance visit doesn’t reach. These six would each be an add-on on any other visit. On a deep, they’re simply included.
Most first visits are a deep clean — but not all. We pick the type with you at the walkthrough, from the house in front of us. A place cleaned last month doesn’t get charged like one that hasn’t been touched in a year.
Occasional things, not missing things. Add any of them at the walkthrough — never after we’ve started.
Interior windows drop to $2.50 each at 10+ house-wide. RV cleans are interior only — no holding tanks, roof, exterior or awnings.

We ask for 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel a visit. Under that — or if we arrive and can’t get in — the visit bills at half. Everyone gets one free pass; life happens.
